RETURN POLICY

At Zebel Skin Care, we understand that people return items when they are disappointed with their purchase. That’s why we want to make returns easy as possible. We in no way want you to be disappointed in your experience with us.

We go out of our way to create accurate product descriptions to give you as much information as possible to make an informed purchase. If for some reason you make the decision to return an item we will try to make it as easy as possible.

  • STORE CREDIT ONLY: We only offer store credit for all returns. We will not issue a refund back to your method of payment. Store credit must be used within 30 days.
  • SHIPPING RETURNS: We do not send postage to cover the return. You may choose to return the merchandise however you like.
  • WITHIN 30 DAYS: Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed the order.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS: Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or are not eligible for return.
  • FINAL SALE: All items that are marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.

Making a Return

If your merchandise meets the criteria stated within our return policy, please follow these steps to return your merchandise:

  1. Include your receipt with in the package you are returning.
  2. Securely package your items within your package of choice and ship returns to the address below.
  3. Please allow between 7-10 business days to process your return.
